Meditation is Calming

After meditating for a while now, I find that meditation is calming in that it is a great way to calm the nevers that can so often be in high state of alertness. What is the answer? I think just finding a way to be with your own thoughts and see that after awhile that everything will just start to settle down and be less frayed than before. However, just because you are meditating doesn’t mean that you are no longer going to have days that are going to tough to get through, or that you are not going to get mad or blow up.

But my point is that you will probably be less prone to gettting mad and angry than you ever did before you started meditating. (Note: Everything that I am expounding on is personal tibits and nothing more) So what is the solution? Just have a good meditation practice and see what happens. And don’t expect too much to happen, you will notice that things that were the biggest deal in the world just start to feel like less of a big deal. Not to say that there are not problems out there but that they are less prominent then they would have been. So just bear that mind and have fun practicing the art of meditation.
